Long design days, full coolers, tight timelines, and a lot riding on every stem that goes into an arrangement.

There’s no single “right” way to shop Valentine’s. Designers work differently, and we’ve built our Valentine’s program to support both planning-forward studios and in-the-moment creatives.

You can shop with us in one way or combine both.

 

Valentine’s Pre-Orders

For When You Want Quantities, Colors, and Dates Secured

Pre-ordering is designed for designers who already have a clear sense of their Valentine’s needs whether that’s color palettes, recipes, stem counts, or production days.

Placing a Valentine’s pre-order allows you to intentionally reserve flowers ahead of time, align your order with your design schedule, and move into Valentine’s week with confidence knowing the foundation of your work is already in place.

Our Valentine’s pre-orders have a $500 minimum per order, which allows us to thoughtfully reserve product and prepare your order with care.

All Valentine’s pre-orders must be submitted by January 9. This timeline gives us the ability to secure availability, schedule shipments, and allocate flowers specifically for your production dates.

When you pre-order, you’ll also select the exact day you want your flowers fulfilled during Valentine’s week. This allows you to match your flowers perfectly with your staffing, delivery routes, cooler space, and design schedule  whether you’re picking up in person, receiving local delivery, or shipping.

 

Valentine’s Week Flower Market

For Designers Who Love to Shop In Person

Our wholesale flower market will be fully stocked throughout Valentine’s week with rotating daily inventory. This option is ideal for designers who prefer to see flowers in person, build intuitively, or keep recipes flexible as the week unfolds.

Many designers enjoy using the flower market to supplement their pre-orders  stopping in to add extra stems, adjust quantities, or follow creative inspiration that emerges closer to production.

Inventory moves quickly during Valentine’s week, and selections change daily. Premium grades and specialty shades tend to move first, which is why many designers choose to secure their core flowers through pre-order while still enjoying the flexibility of shopping the market.

You’re always welcome to shop in person during Valentine’s week even if you already have a pre-order scheduled.

 

Delivery, Shipping & Fulfillment Options

We offer several ways to receive your Valentine’s flowers, depending on your location and order size.

Orders may be fulfilled through in-store pickup, local refrigerated delivery within San Diego County for qualifying bulk orders, FedEx Overnight shipping, or air cargo shipping for larger out-of-state orders. Fulfillment options are selected at checkout and confirmed when your order is scheduled.

 

What Happens After You Submit a Pre-Order

Once your Valentine’s pre-order is placed, our team carefully reviews the order, secures your product, and schedules fulfillment for your selected date.

Pre-orders are always prepared before the flower market begins moving for the week, ensuring priority pulling and thoughtful handling.
